Services SETA accreditation

The Services SETA has awarded ProjectPro Institutional Accreditation Status no. 097. The ProjectPro organisation and their training courses meet the eight core criteria established by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Institutional Accreditation is the status attained after the Services Education & Training Quality Assurance Authority (SETQAA) evaluation finds that a provider of education and training has the potential and capability to deliver quality education and training in line with the minimum criteria specified by SAQA.

Earned Value Management

Imagine a technique that’s like switching on the floodlights to illuminate your entire project. If you spot any warning signs, this technique allows you to focus a spotlight on the problem area. If that isn’t enough, turn on the Cost Performance Index which is like a crystal ball to predict what your final project cost is likely to be. This enlightening performance measurement technique is called “Managing with the lights on” or Earned Value Management (EVM).

Engineering and Construction Project Management

Scheduling a project’s tasks can become a nightmare unless one is trained in properly structuring the project using a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure all the work packages are captured and decomposed into logically sequenced and resourced tasks.
