ProjectPro offers a one-day in-depth EVM technique workshop for the practitioner, in addition to the half
-day executive overview. They are available on an in-house basis. The course content is based on the Project Management Institute’s Practice Standard for EVM and will earn delegates seven Professional

ProjectPro now offers a 3-day Engineering and Construction Project Management (ECPM) course which is ideal for professional engineers who need to pursue their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points to renew their registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). The South African Association of Consulting Engineers (SAACE) has validated ProjectPro’s new 3 -day Engineering & Construction Project Management course.This will earn successful learners three CPD credits towards the 25 credits per 5-year cycle, as required by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), for engineers to retain their registration. Scheduling a project’s tasks can become a nightmare unless one is trained in properly structuring
the project using a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure all the work packages are captured and decomposed into logically sequenced and resourced tasks. It is recommended that the learner
